VCT's has a TVD manufacturing plant in Ligonier, Indiana and has sales and technical facilities in Plymouth, Michigan. VCT is 100% owned by Vibracoustic North America, L.P. the world's largest automotive vibration control entity.
The VCT manufacturing facility is the recipient of the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing which recognizes world-class achievements in manufacturing, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. The award culminated the investment of 31,000 hours in continuous improvement activities which resulted in VCT achieving 100% on-time delivery and a 48% scrap reduction.
The Ligonier facility is ISO 9000:9001, ISO 14001 and TS16949 certified.
